Vanoss Public Schools

To enroll at Vanoss Public Schools the following information will be needed:

• Birth Certificate
• Immunization Record
• Social Security Card
• Proof of Residency (Utility bill)
• CDIB and Tribal Membership Card (if applicable)
• Sooner Start Card (if applicable)
• Previous School Information (School name, address, phone number, etc.)
